01, Context

A two-sided market, one product to build.

The client operates in a market where two kinds of users need to coexist inside one product, each with their needs, their flows, their dashboard. The challenge: give them a unified experience while keeping two radically different navigations.

Add to that an internal backoffice for operations, online payments, and a tiered subscription system. And it had to ship fast, without cutting corners on the technical foundation.

02, Scope

Three applications, one foundation.

The whole project is organized as a monorepo, one single repository containing the mobile app, the admin backoffice and the API that links them. Immediate benefit: types, conventions and components are shared. The client gets one product, not three sub-products that barely talk.

03, What we built

A dense product, on a healthy foundation.

The mobile app was designed for two personas who never see the same interface. A unified design system guarantees visual coherence; an access-rights logic guarantees each user only sees what concerns them. On the backoffice side, the internal team has a complete panel: content moderation, account validation, subscription management, financial supervision.

04, Tech stack

Modern, no bling.

Deliberately contemporary stack, chosen so the client's internal team can take over autonomously. Everything in TypeScript, monorepo managed by Turborepo, reproducible deployment.

« We wanted a team that doesn't just ship, but that understands the product. Esquio asked questions we hadn't even asked ourselves, and the foundation they left holds up on its own. »

A project in the same spirit, shall we talk?

Multi-actor platforms, marketplaces, custom SaaS, we build products where every technical detail matters as much as the user experience. NDA possible from the very first conversation.
