The data controller is Esquio, reachable at contact@esquio.fr.
When you use a contact form (Contact page or “Get started” pages), we collect the information you voluntarily provide:
To protect the form against abuse (spam, automated submissions), our server temporarily stores a counter linked to a technical fingerprint of your IP address (never the IP address itself, nor your message). This counter is automatically deleted after a few hours.
A strictly necessary technical session cookie, required for the security of the form (protection against automated submissions), may be set for the duration of your visit. It is exempt from consent requirements as it is essential to the requested service.
This data is used solely to respond to your contact or quote request, to follow up on the business relationship if you become a client, and to secure the site against abuse.
Processing is based on your consent (voluntary submission of the form) and on Esquio's legitimate interest in responding to requests and securing its website.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessible to Esquio, and to IONOS SARL, our hosting provider in France, acting as a technical processor.
Messages sent via the form are kept for as long as needed to process your request, then for up to 3 years from our last exchange if no business relationship follows, in line with CNIL guidance. If you become a client, your data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the legally required accounting retention periods.
Aside from the technical session cookie mentioned above, esquio.fr currently sets no audience-measurement or advertising cookies.
If Esquio introduces audience-measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising pixels (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) for its outreach campaigns in the future, a consent banner will let you accept or decline them before any such cookie is set, and this page will be updated accordingly. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page, or by clearing your browser's cookies.
The contact form applies technical measures to limit abuse (submission rate limits, minimum fill-in time, origin checks) and forwards messages by email to our professional inbox, with no database storage.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@esquio.fr, specifying your request. We respond within a maximum of one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
The site and its data are hosted in France by IONOS SARL. No data is transferred outside the European Union as part of the site's current operation.
This privacy policy may be updated, in particular if new tools are added to the site (audience measurement or advertising). The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
